My computer randomly shuts down?

when it starts back up i get an error message saying "windows had suffered an unexpected shutdown"and then get all this

You better go to internet options and delete cookies and delete history and that might clear it up. If not then you may want to take it to your computer manufacturer but check to see in your control panel - add/remove software programs and make sure everything that is running should be running and nothing there is out of the ordinary.
