Error ! Blue Screen on vista !?

I was in the middle of browsing the web and for no reason the screen turned blue requesting me to reboot !


After i rebooted my laptop a message box came up containing this:

I see you do not have service pack 2. You should set for auto updates. Did you install Vista and what version, or did it come preinstalled? What brand lap top, how much ram?


If you allowed e-mail from your profile it would make it easier to get help. Do you have recovery Cd set, if you do insert 1st. one and choose repair and then down load service pack from Microsoft and set your lap top for auto updates.
