Error ! Blue Screen on vista !?

I was in the middle of browsing the web and for no reason the screen turned blue requesting me to reboot !


After i rebooted my laptop a message box came up containing this:

I would say you have a virus, so download these 3 things, disconnect the internet, install them and run them and let them do their job. It should be fine after that, but I would say its a virus since it originates from the Temp folder.
